ABOUT US

My initial interest in psychotherapy started early on in high school when I discovered the world of psychology. Fast-forward a few years and I was picking cognitive behavioral therapy as my major at university. I find that psychotherapy has such a profound and positive impact on the psyche of any individual.

In my work, I like to place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a mentor, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I take care of keeping on top of all new developments in the field.

Trainings

Offline Language Trainings

The structured environment helps maintain focus and discipline, while the ability to engage in face-to-face conversations improves speaking and listening skills. Additionally, offline training often incorporates cultural context, body language, and group activities, which are harder to replicate in online settings. This immersive experience fosters better language retention and helps learners build confidence more quickly.

Online Language Training

Online language training provides flexibility and convenience, allowing learners to study at their own pace and schedule. It offers access to a wide range of resources, such as interactive apps, videos, and virtual tutors, making learning more engaging. Online platforms often use personalized learning paths, adaptive quizzes, and progress tracking to tailor lessons to individual needs. Additionally, it allows learners to connect with native speakers or instructors from around the world, regardless of location, making it accessible to those who may not have local language schools. This convenience makes it ideal for busy professionals or those with varied learning preferences.

Cultural Training

Japan places great emphasis on etiquette, hierarchy, and respect in both personal and professional settings. Knowing key cultural aspects, such as bowing, gift-giving, and workplace hierarchy, helps avoid misunderstandings and fosters smoother interactions. It also prepares individuals for differences in everyday life, such as dining customs, public behavior, and communication. Cultural training enables a more respectful and successful integration into Japanese society, making the transition smoother and more enriching.

Speaking Training

Japanese speaking training focuses on developing conversational skills, pronunciation, and fluency in everyday communication. It emphasizes mastering the proper use of honorifics (keigo), casual speech, and formal expressions, which are essential in both social and professional settings. Speaking practice helps learners improve their listening skills, vocabulary, and confidence in using the language in real-life situations. Through speaking exercises, role-plays, and interaction with native speakers or instructors, learners can better understand nuances, intonation, and the cultural context of conversations, making it easier to communicate effectively in Japan.
